Mike Poursartip, Founder & CEO
Mr. Poursartip founded InfoTek Associates in 1999. Prior to establishing the company,
he worked in the aerospace and defense sectors in senior technical and executive
positions with TRW, Hughes, Fairchild and Aerospatiale Matra in Europe. He holds a
B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.S in Aeronautical Studies from Embry Riddle
Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL.
James Skinner, Co-Founder & Software Architect
Mr. Skinner is an experienced java programmer specializing in computer graphics, wireless communication, and
database systems. Prior to joining the company, he worked at AutoDesk, Callidus Software, and as an independent consultant. He holds a
B.S. in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from San Francisco State.
