InfoTek will provide customized Second Tier support options that will meet the needs of your installations and your organization. These can include back-up telephone support for field technicians on an on-call 24/7 basis, remote diagnostics or site visits.
Training
InfoTek provides you with customized training on all of the InfoTek systems. Full-day and three-day training sessions are available on site for most solutions. Contact your Account Representative for details or to schedule training at your convenience.
